QUOTATION STATEMENT

The controller of your personal data (sole proprietors, civil partnership partners, contact people and proxies) under REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is Biuro Inżynieryjno-Projektowe BIPROJEKT Sp. z o.o. Brukowa 12, 91-341 Łódź entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court forŁódź Śródmieścia in Łódź, XX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000346636, REGON: 100823626, NIP: 7252017908.
If an offer is made at your request, the controller processes your personal data in order to take the necessary action prior to signing the contract at the request of the person the data concerns. Providing personal data is necessary to receive an offer and their processing is done under art. 6 (4) point a) of the Regulation. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the same way it was given. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing of data which was done prior to withdrawing it. To this end the Controller collects such personal data as: first name, surname, company’s name, NIP (tax identification number), e-mail address and phone number.
The Controller may also process the provided data concerning contact people, i.e. first name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and in the case of a legal entity – personal data of proxies, i.e. first name and surname under art. 6 (1) point f) of the Regulation, i.e. for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller in order to verify the proxies of the legal entity and contact you with regard to matters concerning submitting the offer. By providing the controller with this data, you agree to notify the people concerned of the content hereof.
The controller shall store your personal data for as long as the performance of the contract requires, including
seeking redress as well as compliance with requirements arising under laws which are in force, including tax laws, in case the contract has been concluded. In case the offer has been submitted but contract has not be signed, the controller shall store your personal data until the validity of the offer expires. Upon the expiry of these terms your personal data shall be deleted.
You have the right to access your personal data, obtain a copy of the data, demand to rectify the data if incorrect or incomplete or in cases indicated by the Regulation. You also have the right to object to the processing of the data, demand to delete, restrict the processing of and transfer the personal data. Besides, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The controller partially uses the services of external providers, e.g. hosting, postal, accounting and IT service providers, who on behalf of the controller process personal data. Transfer of personal data may serve only rendering their services. The controller employs the services of entities which provide sufficient guarantees in terms of data protection.
The controller declares that the data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling under the Regulation.
The controller processes personal data in accordance with universally binding law on personal data protection, particularly in compliance with the Regulation. The controller ensures due protection of the processed personal data by employing the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data, including protection against unauthorized access, prohibited or illegal processing, accidental loss, unauthorized change, deletion of or damage to the personal data.
