DECLARATION ON RECRUITMENT

  1. The controller of your personal data under REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is Biuro Inżynieryjno-Projektowe BIPROJEKT Sp. z o.o.   2. The controller process your personal data for the purposes of recruitment. It is necessary to provide personal data to take part in the recruitment process. The processing of the personal data is done pursuant to art. 6 (1) point c) of the Regulation in conjunction with art. 221 of Labour Law. For these purposes the Controller collects your personal data such as name (names) and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of birth (mailing address), work experience and educational background.
  3. Moreover, the Controller collects the personal data provided voluntarily such as phone number, e-mail address, photo, hobbies and skills. The processing of such data may take place solely upon your consent pursuant to art. 5 (1) point a) of the Regulation.  You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the legality of processing of the data which was done prior to withdrawing it.
  4. The Controller stores your personal data within the period of the statue of limitation concerning damage caused by a tort during the recruitment process. In case of recruitment process resulting in employment, the data is stored for the period pursuant to the regulations concerning employee data archiving while in case the data is processed based on the provided consent, the processing of the data takes place until its withdrawal. Upon expiration of the periods, your personal data shall be deleted.
  5. You have the right to receive confirmation from the Controller as to whether your personal data is processed, to gain access to the data and request information from the Controller regarding the purposes of data processing,  categories of the processed personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, the storage period for the personal data, the source of the data if collected from a third party as well as whether the Controller uses automated processing of the personal data, including profiling. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the data.
  6. Furthermore, in cases stipulated by the Regulation, you have the right to demand to rectify the data. You also have the right to object to the processing of the data, demand to delete the data, restrict the processing of the data, and transfer the personal data.
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should you feel the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the Regulation.
  8. The controller partially uses the services of external providers, e.g., postal services providers, who on behalf of the controller process personal data. Transfer of personal data may serve only rendering their services. The controller employs the services of entities which provide sufficient guarantees in terms of data protection.
  9. The controller declares that the data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling under the Regulation.
  10. The controller processes personal data in accordance with universally binding law on personal data protection, particularly in compliance with the Regulation. The controller ensures due protection of the processed personal data by employing the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data, including protection against unauthorized access, prohibited or illegal processing, accidental loss, unauthorized change, deletion of or damage to the personal data.
